# International

## GEP began its internationalization process in 2015, focusing on the African market. The strategy is based on developing versatile, innovative solutions that are easily adaptable to local realities.

Collaboration models range from technological partnerships to supporting the implementation of autonomous operations, training resources, or even creating wholly owned subsidiaries. This approach led to the establishment of GEP Cabo Verde in 2018 and GEP Mozambique in 2021. We build teams by training local experts and monitoring their performance.

Similar to Portugal, GEP Cabo Verde and GEP Mozambique autonomously manage their entire operations. In Angola, GEP operates in partnership with Fidelidade Angola.
