At GEP, Management Indicators (KPIs) play a fundamental role in maintaining and elevating the standard of excellence in our services. They provide a clear view of current performance, enabling not only assessment but also the celebration of our achievements. Essential for the implementation of corrective actions and precise adjustments, KPIs ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and process compliance.
Great Place to Work
Following the Great Place to Work Study conducted in October 2022, every company in the Fidelidade Group with a Trust Index equal to or greater than 65% were awarded. GEP was one of the awarded companies, being recognized as a Great Place to Work.
Integrated Management System – Apcer
Since 2008, GEP has been a certified company under the Quality Management System, accredited with ISO 9001, without any non-conformities detected to date.
In 2022, GEP achieved the certification for its Integrated Management System, combining certifications for Quality (ISO 9001), RDI – Research, Development, and Innovation (NP 4457), and Environmental Management (ISO 14001).
Vehicle Damage Assessment – Centro de Zaragoza
Since early 2008, the experts in the Automotive Department have been certified by the Centro de Zaragoza, regardless of their specialty: light vehicles, motorcycles, heavy vehicles, or special vehicles. This certification, focused on automotive repair, represents a unique commitment in the Portuguese market. In 2018, the renewal of this certification was successfully completed by all experts in this department (valid for a period of four years).
Property Assessor Certification – CICCOPN
Similarly, property assessors are certified by CICCOPN. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on training all assessors in Civil Construction Budgeting. To support this effort, a partnership was established with CICCOPN, a recognized entity in the field of Civil Construction training.
Training – DGERT
In 2017, GEP successfully obtained its certification from DGERT, becoming an accredited training entity. We provide technical and qualified training, ensuring that all GEP experts receive rigorous theoretical and practical instruction. This internal training reinforces the credibility of our work and ensures compliance with the company's standards and culture.
